My Journey

From personel discovery to two decades of professional practice.

My journey into holistic wellbeing began long before it became my profession.

Growing up, I was introduced to the world of NLP through books my mother was deeply interested in. Years later — over 25 years ago — I experienced bioresonance personally, when my long-standing craving for sugar and sweets disappeared. That quiet but profound experience showed me that there is another way to support health and wellbeing, one that works with the body rather than against it.

My connection with homeopathy deepened when I moved to the UK over 20 years ago. Shortly after arriving, I realised that I was living next door to Michelle Shine, a homeopath and the author of a homeopathy book I had already been studying. This unexpected encounter became a meaningful turning point and further strengthened my commitment to understanding and practising homeopathy in a grounded, practical way.

As I continued exploring this path, I also recognised that holistic approaches had always been part of my family history. This reinforced my belief that true wellbeing is not about suppressing symptoms, but about gently restoring balance physically, emotionally and mentally.

Guided by this understanding, I continued my education in holistic mind–body practices, attending international trainings and deepening my work with the relationship between emotional, mental and physical health.

Although my professional background includes career and international student consultancy, my work in holistic wellbeing did not begin as a career shift. I had already been applying these approaches in practice for many years before formally integrating them into my professional work. Over time, my path naturally evolved towards homeopathy, hypnotherapy and complementary therapies, as this was where I consistently observed the most meaningful and lasting change.

I have been working within this field for over 20 years and have supported clients professionally for more than a decade, integrating my internationally trained expertise into a structured and individualised practice.

Alongside my client work, I also provide education and training in the areas I practise. My role includes supporting individuals not only as a practitioner, but also as an educator, sharing knowledge and practical frameworks where appropriate.

Today, my work brings together Homeopathy, Bioresonance, Hypnotherapy, EFT and NLP alongside other carefully selected complementary approaches designed to support individual wellbeing .

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Each person is unique, and together we explore the approach that feels most appropriate, supportive and sustainable for you.

If you're seeking a natural, gentle and personalised way to work with your health and wellbeing, I'd be honoured to support your journey. Please reach out to schedule a consultation.

Warmly,

Nur Arboy

Professional Boundaries & Ethics

My work is grounded in clear professional boundaries, ethical practice and respect for individual needs.

All sessions are offered as complementary and supportive approaches, designed to work alongside — not replace — conventional medical care. I do not provide medical diagnoses, prescribe medication, or advise on changes to existing medical treatment.

Where appropriate, I encourage clients to remain in contact with their GP or relevant healthcare professionals. If a concern falls outside the scope of my practice, I will always prioritise safety and refer clients accordingly.

Confidentiality, informed consent and personal autonomy are central to my work. Each client is treated with care, discretion and respect, and all sessions are conducted in a professional, non-judgemental and supportive manner.

My aim is to offer a safe, structured and ethical space in which individuals can explore complementary approaches to wellbeing, at a pace that feels appropriate and sustainable for them.

All services are offered as complementary wellbeing support and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Clients are advised to consult their GP or healthcare provider for medical concerns.
