How I Work


My work is based on a holistic, individual-centred approach.

I do not follow fixed protocols or one-size-fits-all solutions. Each session is shaped around your unique physical, emotional and energetic needs.

I work online and, where applicable, in person, creating a safe and confidential space for exploration, balance and healing.

Every person has a different story, history and pattern.

For this reason, all therapies are tailored individually.

During our work together, I take into account:

• physical symptoms and health history

• emotional patterns and life experiences

• stress factors, sensitivities and lifestyle

• energetic imbalances identified through assessment

Based on this, I determine the most appropriate therapeutic direction.


The First Consultation

The initial consultation is a comprehensive and in-depth session.

It allows me to understand you as a whole, rather than focusing on isolated symptoms.

This session may include:

• detailed case-taking

• discussion of current concerns and long-term patterns

• energetic or emotional assessment, where relevant

• explanation of possible therapeutic options

Following the consultation, ongoing support or therapy packages may be recommended if appropriate.


Ongoing Sessions & Packages

Follow-up sessions focus on:

• monitoring progress

• supporting change and integration

• adjusting the therapeutic approach as needed

Some clients benefit from single sessions, while others prefer a structured series of sessions.

Packages are recommended only when they are genuinely supportive for your individual situation.


Working Together

My role is not to diagnose or replace medical care, but to support your body and mind through complementary therapies.

I work collaboratively, respectfully and at your pace.

You are always encouraged to listen to your body and communicate openly throughout the process.


Confidentiality & Ethics

All sessions are confidential and conducted with professional care.

Your personal information is handled with respect and discretion.

All therapies offered are complementary and do not replace medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

Online Sessions

Most sessions are offered online, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own space.

Clear guidance is provided before your session to ensure a smooth and effective experience.
