A complementary approach that considers the individual as a whole. Sessions are personalised and focus on supporting balance and overall wellbeing.

A non-invasive complementary method used to support awareness of the body's responses. Sessions are used alongside other supportive approaches and are not a substitute for medical care.

A calm, guided process that works with focused attention to support behavioural change, emotional regulation and personal insight.

EFT & NLP-based approaches

Practical techniques used to support emotional processing, mindset awareness and personal development in a structured and supportive way.

Suicide & Self-Harm Awareness & Prevention

I hold certified training in Suicide & Self-Harm Awareness and Prevention.

This informs my work with sensitivity, boundaries and safeguarding awareness.

I do not provide crisis intervention and will always support appropriate signposting or referral when required.
